Property charges you before you arrive even though the booking states you pay at the property. Staff are rude and have poor customer service.

Nice hotel
Simple hotel with recent renovation. Room clean and modern, with very comfortable bed. The only issue was the amount of noise coming from the hallway early in the morning.

I don't recommend this hotel
Room service was horrible. We stayed 3 nights during wich the towels were never changed and bed poorly done. I don't recommend this hotel, it don't worth the price.

I spent just a very short night at the hotel but was everything acceptable. Clean room, adequate facilities, silent neighbourhood and easy to access from the city.

OK, clean but rooms small for quad occupancy
Rooms were clean and only issue with Up keeping was that sheets had been fitted which had holes/small tears. Although unacceptable the rooms were quite clean. Be warned that the rooms are quite small. Also the "breakfast" is very basic. I had to push to get basic items. Overall clean and acceptable for a nights stay but a few little touches would make above average.

Ok hotel for a quick stay. Refurbished new bathroom with new shower, sink etc...Small room but clean. New flat screen in room. Fee tea, coffee making facility in the room. Free parking and free wi-fi. 10-15 minutes (depending on how you walk!) walk to the nearest station Val d'Argenteuil (which is 10-15 minutes away from Paris st Lazarre).

L'hôtel est bien et Le personnel est agréable ! Le gros bémol est : La clientèle (trop de bruits de conversation, claquement de portes la nuit, on entend clairement ce qu'il se passe dans la chambre d'a côté), les chambres mal insonorisées, la restauration !

L'hotel meriterait d'etre mieux entretenu il faut revoir le menage dans les chambres. De plau la clim est tres mal située car elle souffle directement sur le lit. Donc soit vous avez chaud, soit vous êtes malade au choix. Sinon le parking est bien et le personnel est très sympathique. Les repas du soir étaient bons
