"This hotel was very "White Lotus" in the best way. It is luxurious and immaculate. Our room had an amazing view of Lake Lugano that took my breath away. The staff was helpful and attentive; they arranged a shuttle to pick us up at the train station and also to bring us into town for a dinner reservation.
