"The towels were dirty with brown stains. But staff were good to accommodate the change of these towels and provide clean replacement. But overall family room is very far from front desk, inconvenient if travelling with pwd"

"A very average, and very small room. The bathroom had no area to set down personal items. The pool was unusable as it was quite dirty and in the process of being cleaned. The staff were nice and the hotel was pleasant ."
