One day the raised the A/C thermostat and open a window. Another day they accidentally unplugged the refrigerator. ..."

"Very centric girl, right across from Plaza de España. The hotel is very neat and clean rooms well equipped. Nice view from the room. Sky Deck in the 27th floor has 360 views. Restaurant in the 26th is ok. Swimming pool in the 25 is small. I will recommend this hotel."
