"The premium paid for this hotel made the stay be very disappointing. The hotel staff was not very friendly, we had to book our breakfast time which was very frustrating and harmed the planning for our days. The room was full of fire ants and their restaurant food/drinks were outrageously ..."

"It was my friends bday and o asked for a special BRAZILIAN cake and flowers in his room. Flor (Florencia) was super fast in responding and arranged everything beautifully- even the bed was decorated with flowers a happy bday sign!! Thank you again Flor - you rock! Looking forward to returning."
