"We had a frustrating first impression - the hotel isn't marked at all for entering - there were barriers in every direction, and when we tried to speak with the receptionist, the speaker next to the barrier was of such poor quality that we couldn't understand her in either English or French. After finally walking around the barriers and getting to the hotel, the front door isn't marked, and I tried to go through the restaurant doors which are more prominent than the actual hotel, but were locked. Then we we got the room key and tried to park in the parking garage the place to swipe the key card means you have to get out of your car, swipe the card, get back in the car and practically touch the barrier before it would lift. We later picked up elderly relatives from the airport, and had no way to drop them at the front entrance. (There is a way, but no signage or explanations in any language.) "

"No French wine at the bar. No washcloths. Plastic cups. Door didn’t close-I had to pull it shut. Very basic. Almost 1/2 mile to closest Tram."

"Very good experience very friendly staff. I was woken up at 3:45 in the morning and the Taxi was there ready to drop me at the airport. Everything was perfect."

"General wipe down areas, kitchenette and bathroom were generally clean however, decor finishes; skirting, doors, floor etc. were dusty and not clean. Room was located on the 1st floor overlooking the plaza and was particularly noisy early morning due to deliveries (6am onwards) and late night noise due to the local restaurants. Internal hotel noise was minimal. Possibly due to other guests knowing from experience, NOT to be located at a low level overlooking the Plaza. "

"The staff were all excellent and very helpful. The restaurant was good quality and there was something for everyone. The rooms are older but clean. I would stay there again"
