The rrom where ok. The finishes where not bad. TV is lousy. but the cafeteria must be better. The food was lousy striving for ok. and it was very depressing, the area where to eat. Didn´t like that árt very much,

Confirme sua reserva com o hotel antes da viagem.

Ao chegar no hotel, tive a desagradável surpresa de constatar que minha reserva, não constava nos registros do hotel, apesar de eu ter mostrado a reserva impressa. Embora a equipe do hotel tenha sido atenciosa, inclusive providenciando um café da manhã fora de horário, às 04:00 da madrugada, já que eu teria que pegar um voo muito cedo, o hotel estava cheio e o quarto que me conseguiram era tremendamente inferior ao da reserva. Reservei um quarto com grandes janelas e vista para o jardim, e recebi um quarto em um anexo que fica no estacionamento do hotel, tive que cobrir a janela com um cobertor, já que as cortinas não bloqueavam bem a visão do estacionamento para dentro do quarto. Além disso, as paredes apresentavam descascados de umidade e o sinal de internet era quase inexistente, tive que ir à recepção para conseguir fazer o check-in do meu voo. Fizeram um desconto, minha reserva seria no valor de USD 60,00 e acabou saindo por USD 40,00, mas ainda assim foi muito caro pelo quarto em que ficamos, e não compensou de maneira alguma a decepção e frustração causada.
