"What a stunning place to stay! There was a real sense of peace and tranquility in and around the hotel during my 3 nights. The gardens are absolutely beautiful. My apartment had everything I needed and the receptionists were very helpful. Two things to consider: There's no air conditioning which wasn't too big an issue in December but may be over the summer. In addition, there's not much in the way of soundproofing between apartments which meant I was woken up at 7am each morning by the people...

"Nice apartment, very clean and well equipped with pans etc for cooking. Lovely large pool, it was cold getting in during our November stay but fine once on! "For a four star it was good. Thumps up. only a few things that should not spoil it for you... 1. Only 1 heated pool in the Autumn. 2. For meals you are told where to sit, rather than choosing for yourself. (I felt like a school child, after queuing to get in the dining hall) And a member of senior staff, very rude, for a chair that was not allocated to a table that we wanted to sit on. Very bizarre, on every meal. The food was very good. 3. The other staff including reception, were great. "
