1/5 - Terrible

The council needs to spend more money on this Scottish coastal town. I see lots of coastal towns on the east coast and they are so beautiful. Ardrossan and Saltcoats are so depressing I couldn’t wait to get out.
Just needs a bit updating

Ideal to stay at prior to a flight. Hotel is a bit dated. Doors slam shut if guest doesn’t hold to close it so this created noise. Breakfast buffet was decent but expensive at £12 pp. Again, it’s ideal for a night prior to a flight as it’s literally across the road from the Glasgow airport terminal ...

Enjoy an outing to Geronimo Sailing Ltd during your stay in Ardrossan. Stroll along the beaches or seek out the golf courses.

This is a ferry port to the isle of Arran, very little in town other than few good restaurants
The only good thing was the beach and ferry terminal..
Great location to travel from. I lived and went to school in the town years ago. Like all smaller towns local businesses are becoming obsolete.
