"Our stay in the Cliff House was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been nicer from the moment we got out of the car to the time we were checking out. I must mention the restaurant staff in particular; hard working and well mannered young people who couldn’t have done enough for us both for our evening meal and our breakfast the following morning. The food was excellent for both meals.
The room was clean, spacious and had a marvellous view over the water. Not even the miserable weather could...

"Lovely, out of the way setting. Nice pool, tennis court, walking paths. Our rooms were nice and the bathroom was modern. Service for tea and in the dining room was fantastic. We enjoyed the 5-course dinner well into the night. No self-serve laundry whoch put a cramp in our plans but not a huge deal. The desk staff was super accomodating"

"Castlemartyr is beautiful, the grounds, the hotel, the facilities, the rooms - it’s 5* all the way. Decided to come here last minute for a one night stay and it was well worth it. Had a couple of drinks in the canopy bar which was super relaxed, lovely dip in the pool and then dinner in the Hunted Hog pub - which was excellent and very good value. Breakfast was great, as expected. All round a great night away and would definitely go back. "
