"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face....

"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."

"Recepcionista muito educada e atenciosa, solucionou nossas demandas. Quarto grande e confortável. Café da manhã com bastante variedade e atendentes simpáticos. Certamente entrou na lista dos hotéis que super voltaria. A minha única ressalva é em relação a questão do estacionamento, que poderia ser mais claro que as vagas são bem limitadas e que dependendo o carro não fica na calçada do hotel, devido a falta de vagas suficientes. Tendo que ficar na rua, fora da calçada do hotel. "
