We were there during a hot spell and our room was almost unbearable, but that was mother nature! We did have fans that helped to cool the room down. We only had a couple of concerns. "The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. "Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"This place is really nice - we had a great four nights here, and were very lucky with the weather as it rained lots just before we arrived (it is "mountain weather" so you get what you get). We arrived "out of hours" but this had been prearranged so there is a safe with pin codes which was easy enough to use and we got our key and instructions very quickly.
