"The staff, location, and check-in process were all excellent and welcoming. However, my stay in a pet-friendly room (119) was marred by a heavy chemical odor from cleaning products that caused headaches and required leaving the window open all night. Additionally, the floors had an unpleasant oily residue, which made the room feel less than clean despite the great service elsewhere."

"The rooms heater was not very good at all. It either made the room super hot or super cold. So I was either sweating or freezing at night. The heater was sooo loud and the sound wasn’t even consistent rattling so once I got used to the noise it changed. Otherwise it was alright. There were little pieces of what looked like dried leaf (idk what it really was) on the bed.
Also the whirlpool was so dirty when we turned the Jetts on. It was grosa"

"Rarely, if ever saw any staff. Do have to say that the complimentary breakfast isn't much. Hot water (for tea or hot cereal) was always ice cold as was the coffee that they would put out. I realize you can put it in the microwave for a few minutes but if you're putting out pots that state Hot coffee or Hot water for tea then they should be just that HOT. otherwise everything is fine - I don't lounge around the hotel. I'm there to attend events at the Equestrian Center throughout the year, so this is my hotel of choice and I like it here. . "
