Afternoon- night and day front desk, housekeeping were helpful and friendly, nice decor through out, spacious rooms and breakfast area. Comfortable beds in large room and bathroom. Usual holiday inn breakfast was good. Location is convenient to downtown amenities.

Actually it was Hotels.com that I had the problem with. Booked five rooms and the hotel told me I had been charged for eight. Meant an extra hour at the desk when we arrived at 11pm. Nice place, small problems.
Inside of cabin is great. Outside decks are getting old. The check-in instructions had wrong number code to open lock box, so we had to call property manager who sent someone to open unit. Stove didn't work, so we could only cook w microwave.
