Room spacious. Excellent space. Quiet , probably quieter in all of Arbois in November. Owner most helpful and friendly. Lots of quaint decor n interesting decorative things around.can see recent renovation. Couldn’t fault anything except having to bring luggage up to our first floor accommodation. No lift. Plenty of roadside parking. Local eateries good. French contemporary restaurant. Local pizza, kebab places . Will stay here if in the area again. Will stay

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Lousy front desk service

Service at the front desk was terrible. We were forced to pay on Saturday night although we were leaving on Sunday. There was no soap and no toilet paper in the room. When called the front desk about and she said she will arrive but never did. I went downstairs and she gave me a small bottle of shower gel for two and told me to get the toilet paper from a counter in the restaurant area. She mentioned she mentioned she will refill the shower gel dispenser and never did. Reviews at Google maps have a strong focus on the bad service at the front desk. Rooms are ok-ish but start looking old. Bed was nice and clean.
