"This is my third stay at Burwood Manor. I have liked this for overnight but on my longer stays I've been let down by room servicing not topping up all the conveniences like toilet paper and milk etc adequately- such small cost items should not be a source of dissatisfaction and an embarrasment or inconvenience to ask for them ( this was last Christmas holidays) however for an overnight stay it is always very good. I hope to see this improve because I would like to stay there again when I visit...
