O hotel é fantástico, com quartos amplos, cama confortável e uma banheira de hidromassagem perfeita para relaxar — ideal para casais. O café da manhã é um grande destaque, com buffet variado e de alta qualidade. Tudo muito saboroso, especialmente a cocada, as empadas e os mini croissants. O restaurante do hotel também merece elogios. Tivemos ótimas experiências no almoço e jantar, com pratos deliciosos (massas, risotos, carnes e pizzas). Parabéns ao chef e aos garçons Rodrigo e Silverio pelo excelente atendimento. Com certeza voltaremos! Obrigado pelo carinho e pelos mimos durante a estadia.

Não recomendo. O atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Um dos garçons foi bastante rude e não atendeu nosso pedido. Quando reclamamos, ele justificou a situação mencionando a lotação do restaurante, que é aberto ao público em geral. No primeiro dia, pedi uma pizza às 19h, mas ela só foi entregue após as 22h. Além disso, o garçom solicitou um pagamento extra, alegando que não recebia pelo serviço. Experiência extremamente insatisfatória.
