"The rooms were not very.clean. The ice machines were broken on all floors they did give you a vey small ice bucket bag of ice at the front desk. No sit down restaurants in the hotel. The pool was under renovations for well over a year. Stains on carpet in the room. Sink and tub didn’t drain well. However the staff was very friendly and helpful. No machines or cashier cage to turn your tickets in for cash. You had to take them to the bar to redeem for cash. "

"Came for a concert. Room was nice. The poor staff at the food court was understaffed. "

"Arrived. Checked in. Given room where TV did not work. Given another room. Had to haul luggage to other room. A/C and phone did not work. Given another room . Peeling paint in bathroom. No dog run provided. Had to walk and take dog outside of property for his needs. Noone cleaning that area which was mined with left over dog poops, because a great number of people are disgustingly dirty. Room was not dirty, but not VERY clean. Breakfast area small . Never used it. ONE ICE MACHINE, that worked one day only. I would not stay here again"

"Room was not clean. We had moths and huge black beetles. One fell on my head in elevator. Paid extra for river view that showed balcony. Just view sliding glass doors that were locked. Not sure how moths got in room when there was no access to outside. Hard to get into any restaurants. One morning, they could only take cash because their registers were down. WiFi is terrible. I expected older hotel, but it was old, dirty. Beach party going on at adult pool with DJ so unable to use adult pool because it was over packed. "

"We stayed in the small building. It was run down and our room had very little light and was dingy. We had 1 night and wanted to extend another day but that room changed our mind. The bathroom floor wasn’t mopped. We still had fun and didn’t stay much in the room. If you stay here, make sure to book on the tall newer building. "
