"Service was amazing, i can't complain about that (restaurant and front desk). But when i got to the room and water for shower were super cold and i was unable to turn on heater. I went to bed freezing and had a horrible night, i didn't complain while there so don't know if they would be able to fix the problem or not. It was a cheap room, i stopped there because i was on my way to the south of Italy. "

Super pleasant front desk staff, rooms with all amenities needed and big pluses: comfy beds, great pillows, nice balcony and room a/c all contribute to a relaxing stay. "Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay and the room was practical for our needs. Breakfast was a nice touch in the morning with a good selection. Close to town and easy to walk and navigate. We were there for a couple days and don’t spend much time in the room. Little small if you were more of a lounger or wanting to relax. Didn’t experience any amenities."

"We arrived before check in, but reception staff checked if our room was available, and we were able to go to our room. A great advantage for a one night stay, allowing us ease of use of the rooftop pool facilities. We were also able to pay for a late checkout so it felt like a 2 night stay. Riccione (as with cervia, our previous location) seemed to be shutting down for winter. Breakfast was great in our hotel , and on departure day, bar staff prepared us some nibbles, but our evening meal was in a sister hotel, but it was a short walk. Great location for beach, boat viewing, and the airport. "

"Excellent breakfast, lots to choose from. Filtered water station at the end of the hall was very convenient and saved us from having to buy water bottles. Room was clean and roomy. Lots of storage. Did the online checking which made it easy when we got to the hotel. Only thing, if I had to say something I didn’t like is that they only had a liquid soap in the shower that was shampoo and body wash all in one. No conditioner."
"Love this hotel for its proximity to the train station, shopping and the beach. Second time here and in the newer wing. Room came with south facing balcony, great bed and great shower. Surprisingly quiet given that it’s right across the street from the train station. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!"
