The walls in the room were textured, but there were big chunks falling off the wall. No hair dryer or iron in the room as stated on the website. The bathtub had cigarette burns on it in multiple places. When we went to check out there was a cat roaming the hallway. Pretty sure it was a resident as there was a big bag of cat food sitting near the front desk in the doorway of their utility room.

A lot of discrepancy between the overall property and the room itself. The exterior and the common areas and old, musty, and questionably safe. I could see that the management’s tried to pretty up the guest rooms, the whole place could use a good power wash.

Rusty tub, could not find a working outlet, no network TV, and the online services required payment. Hall carpet throughout was filthy and debris seemed ubiquitous. The entire 1st floor looked like an urban slum without a single room suitable for occupancy. Doors opened, broken furniture piled up. Room walls were painted but seemed to cover age and disrepair. At the desk, they asked for a debit card payment. I refused using the safer credit card. Needless to say, the environment and staff evoked suspicion and anxiety. Worst hotel I've experienced in years. Not only would I never recommend it, I'm actually working to forget it.

What do you expect for $63. I was uncomfortable in the fact that they rent by the week. I saw families, homeless and workers. I was there on a weekend and small groups would gather outside. People smoking by entrances. Homeless engaging with me. The owners have did many upgrades aesthetically but the tub are still old and not appealing. The TV’s were not user friendly.

Bath tub needs to replace Noisy around Neighbour area, ambulances at midnight woke us up. No sofa or comfy chair in room, In Breakfast just muffins n coffee which is not fair, must be more items included. Sink was out side the bathroom near door not feels good.

We found hair in the bathtub and floor from a previous guest. Things held together by duct tape. Hear everything in the hallway and outside the hotel. Floor in room was not swept or vacuumed before arriving. No blanket on bed only a sheet. Not enough of parking had to park in the lot down a ways. Staff was not helpful at check in and made us feel unsafe.

Obviously the owners were renovating but the gallaays, stairs, etc were dirty. My room had no closet or dresser so no place to put my clothes forbthe week i was there. No iron in the room but i was able to get 1 from the lobby. Didnt believe the deadbolt worked on the door. Never replaced the plasic glasses i used at the sink. The shower didnt drain properly due to a bunch of hair in the drain - some of which was not my hair color. Only 1 washer and dryer in a storage room piled with stuff. Parking lot had garbage and cig butts all over it. Security door on side of building was propped open with something - a security risk. I wouldnt stay here again and it cost me about $200/nite.

Property had several broken fixtures, sticky floor, and there was a cat in the hallway roaming around. I would not recommend this Hotel until they do a little more work on cleaning it up.
