"The outside noise made it impossible to sleep. The hotel is by a main road and you can hear it very loudly. Also, it is a bit dated."

"We experienced an extremely soiled and stained mattress pad cover on our sleeper sofa couch in our king room where our special needs daughter was to sleep. The stain appeared to be splatters of blood.This should have been inspected by housekeeping staff after EVERY stay by any customer. The sleeper couch is in that room for a reason as an additional place to sleep. The night person at the desk came right away and changed the linens and was shocked to see what we had described to her on the phone. She was mortified and apologized profusely and even offered to put us in a different room. "

"Staff was friendly. Room was not cleaned well. Upon entering the room, there was a pubic hair on top of the comforter. No hand soap in the bathroom."

"The hotel was in the process of being renovated during our visit. The updates were nice-looking, but there were a ton of workers coming and going, so it got a bit loud. We were initially given a room that was in the process of being worked on, so we had to get back to the lobby to get reassigned after we had already brought belongings up. We also had a squeaky fan that we had to keep off due to noise. We liked the pool and breakfast."
