"There was mold in the bathroom, the elevators were dirty, there was never any luggage carts(i think they only had 4 total). the sink leaked, the faucet handle didn't work as far as changing the temperature, it burned my child. The breakfast being “catered” by the buffet next door was an absolute joke. I have never experienced a worse breakfast. They had zero opinions, i thought they would at least have cereal or something. The eggs looked like it was sat in a liquid, the biscuits were hard.
The mattresses themselves were not comfortable. The top blanket looked very old and dingy. Almost like they have been using them for 15+ years.
Also, the staff was incredibly nice.
Even if they don't do the room cleaning during your stay the woman that was cleaning stopped by my room and knocked to make sure we had towels. She was incredibly nice! The front desk when i checked in was also very nice and very quick.
I overall did not enjoy my stay and it felt like the only amenity was the indoor pool (even though it wasn’t very clean either) and the rest of it wasn’t even the full truth.
We will not be returning and we will be warning others."
