"We did not like the food choices. Was surprised by the undisclosed report fee reveled at checkout. Extreme distance from lobby to room. Otherwise, lovely property friendly staff and wonderful outdoor environment. "

"We stayed at the Ritz Saturday night after a long day at the aquarium with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I felt safe here with my children and the employees were very accommodating to them. There was a small kids table in the lobby with crayons and coloring pages. My daughters also got to pick out a stuffy of their choice upon arrival.
