"We have stayed here 3 times now, it’s my go to in Gatlinburg. Always clean, quiet and safe. Our bathtub would not switch to shower, within two minutes of notifying the front desk we had someone in our room fixing it. Staff is always kind and helpful. The only drawback on this hotel is the daily parking fee "

"The pool area was awesome, The lazy river was a comfortable temperature. The kids loved it. We also really enjoyed the roomy hot tub. The breakfast had plenty of choices for our family. The property is older and under renovations but the amenities such as the game room for the kids made it a pleasant stay. We will book again in the future. "
