"Room was clean, but carpets and tile on the first floor need a deep cleaning. Staff wasn’t very friendly- spoke very quietly and in a bothered tone. Breakfast was good- lots of options. The best part about this hotel is the amenities. We love the pools and lazy river. Also, love the on-site restaurant. The food was very good. Beds were comfortable and we love the bathroom. We come here all the time because our kids love it."

"Was unaware inside pool was not operational. Would have booked elsewhere. Very disappointed. Went back on web site and no where does it state inside pool was closed. Feel duped"

"Most of the water attractions were closed and there was misleading information leading up to our stay regarding this. The outline made it sound like multiple things would be open and very few closed at once and it was the opposite. There also was lack of options within our stay without taking the shuttle and even coffee did not become available until 8. "

"We chose the Wyndham Grand Downtown stay this year because of our experience last year. Even though it started out a little disappointing I have to say the Director of front office was amazing Marika Jackson. She address all issues professionally, efficiently, and with love. When I thought it would be one of those I will never come back to this hotel again, she made it change. Thank you for making my stay memorable."
