"Fantastic hotel, well positioned unfortunately the food could have been a bit hotter but luckily we only went B&B.... We have just got back to the UK ( 05/10/2026) and we was there when the worst weather they had ever experienced storms, torrential rail and wind for 7days... But hey the locals made it special and would definitely come back...."

"Great room, amenities and food. The property is not brand new but it was very well maintained and everything was clean and in excellent condition. The pools were all very clean and well maintained, the beach was incredible and the food was excellent. Great location and you must go check out the lake which was 5 mins away. Excellent resort for a family with children."
Harmony Boutique Resort - Adults only

"Great location for a relaxing vacation. The staff were accommodating and made our stay extremely comfortable. The beach and restaurants are all top tier. Recommend if you are interested in relaxing on the beach, or going on excursions in the Chania area."
Nima Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely room and pool. Location is very convenient as there are many shops and restaurants around the corner, as well as the beach. Room was spotless every day, fresh towels and sheets after each clean. Staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. The only con to this hotel is the hair dryer. If you have thick, low-porosity hair, it will not work. I’d suggest bringing your own."
Ventale Island Breeze Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Vertali was made truly special by the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our vacation memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will consider back again and create beautiful memories at Ventali."
