"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....
"Hotel and staff were helpful. Hotel listed a hot tub as amenities but neglected to list it as seasonal which was disappointing as it’s the main reason our booking. Having a breakfast was a bonus but the coffee was from a machine and tepid. "
"We got a lovely welcome, very friendly staff. Very clean hotel , clean towels every day, fabulous breakfast.
The hotel was close to beach and we got clean towels from the hotel for very small charge.
The staff especially Sandra and Bessy were always there to offer a service to us"
