The Apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The apartment is quite busy and so are the staff. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

I like the location and cleanliness of this hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly. I will come back to this hotel next time.

Room was odorless and very clean, bed and shower comfortable. Room service refilled bottled water daily and location just steps away from many attractions.

Mary messaged us 24 hours before our arrival to confirm our airport transfer details which was much appreciated. When we landed our taxi was there and waiting for us and took us to the hotel - we had such a warm welcome from Kati on our arrival with fresh towels and a drink and were given a free upgrade for 2 out of the 3 nights. Our room overlooked Ben Than market but without any of the noise from it! The rooftop pool was perfect after a long day of exploring the city and we made the most of the happy hour! Hotel staff were always happy to assist with bookings and tours and always greeted us with a smile everytime we went through reception. We just had the best time and Kati / the rest of the staff who made us feel so welcome. This feels like a luxurious yet boutique hotel and we would recommend to anyone!
