Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great. The food is also really good. We did the breakfast and it was worth the money. It was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had before. We also ordered dinner from the hotel one night and it was also very good. The portions were generous and the food was very tasty and fresh. We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. "
