The front desk staff were rude. I had called in the day before to ask if we could drop our bags off early and if in our 2 rooms the sofa beds could be made up. Instantly when we arrived the Front Desk stafd began to wave his hands- we are full and busy and cant check in. I replied: sir we are here to drop our bags off and i had confirmed it was ok. He then agreed.
Only one sofa bed was made up. I called down and asked for bedding for the 2nd room. Was told no. We had one duvet that was heavily stained..I asked for a new duvet. Duvet never came.
There was no vegetarian breakfast options either. No fruit available. Basically yogurt, bread and eggs.
Overall the location is great and close to the train station and the rooftop patio was beautiful. The smoke coming into the front desk was unpleasant. Maybe the patio should be non smoking so it can be enjoyed by everyone.

Hotel was average. Staff efficient and friendly. Room needed an overhaul as looking very tired. Cleanliness was below average (don’t look under the bed!). Good location and therefore convenient.

Wonderful property just a few minutes walk from Antwerp Central station. Great shopping and food options within a few minutes walk. Room had a mini kitchen and that made things even better. Laundry room was free and so was the soap to wash your clothes. Staff were professional and courteous

A great stay - had a family room which was well equipped with a really comfortable bed. Good location - very close to train station and not too far to the Old Town. Friendly staff, pleasant reception area with coffee machine and pool table.
Would go back if we visit Antwerp again

NOT considering staying here again
I wouldn’t consider staying here again, the beds are terrible, the rooms are so noisy, you can hear so clearly the voices of other people from other rooms, above, next to, and below. The staff was not friendly.
In general I could say management is greedy on quality and little details, i.e if you want extra coffee pods they are charged 1euro, even though I stayed for 6 nights. It's clean, not spotless, there is laundry, close by the train station.

Front desk staff acts like they are doing you a favor and you work for them and not the other way around. Most black receptionists are very snobby and rude.
God forbid you meet Gabrielle - black, racist and homophobic person - who hangs up on you, openly humiliates and makes fun. Hope the management fires her but again, since she is black she will continue to assault guests and get away with it. Hopefully the corporate reads this so they can get rid of her.
The only positive thing is the Manager Gille and the location.

Smelly shower curtain at the bathroom. Staff just do the job like at the till in the supermarket
Rooms dates and for this price it should be fully refurbished
No daily cleaning, suprise they do not give you a mop at the check-in

My stay was amazing, comfortable and exactly as i expected in the room.
One thing to polish on, not every visitor is as tall as they expect because facilities in the kitchen area were on very top shelves. A steppie or a stool in the room would be a preference.

Family wouldn't stay anywhere else for this value!
Very Clean and Comfortable. Excellent mini kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), bathroom, although they need to cover the non tiled wall near the shower with a waterproof covering. Parking was very secure (albeit a little spooky at night), although the car park lift was not working and the car park stairwell could do with some deodorant!

The property was disgus Their was a blood stain in the wall tbe carpet was dirty the toilet seat was broken. The cafe was always out of waffles what belgian cafe doesnt have waffles. The staff during the week was especially awful with their attitudes. I really didn’t like it here other than the fact the room was spacious. Glad to be leaving.

The location is great, but please avoid at all costs. I booked this hotel based on the location and the price was great for the location, however the price does not even reflect how bad the hotel is. The hotel was filthy, there was no running water, the toilet would not flush, the hotel smelt so bad and the people that work there was very rude, especially John. The hotel refused to refund me after I complained of the poor state of the hotel and wanted to check out. I paid for 7 nights and they robbed me after refusing to move me to a different room even though there was no water in my current room. John told me if I’m not happy I should check out and refused to move me into a different room and stated that it was my problem. He even refused to let me use the loo and said I cannot go upstairs even though my room was already booked. Very rude man with no customer service skills. When I checked out after 1/7 days I put in a refund complaint but it was refused. I’m very disappointed in this hotel. After checking out at 10pm I moved to a hotel around the corner which I highly recommend which is a little bit more expensive but worth it, i recommend antwerp premier suites. Staff are great and rooms are great and clean! Worth every penny!

Very conveniently located; close to the central station and walking distance to downtown. Very clean and spacious 3-bed room. Extremely comfortable sofa bed for the third person. Lobby is on the 7th floor but easily accessible by two elevators. Friendly staff. Did not try breakfast but it looked rich in options and delicious. Only problem we had was the AC making an unusual noise. A bit pricy but worth it if you are a group of three and want to have a large room to relax after a tiring day walking around beautiful Antwerp.
