The location is near to the train station which is very convenience. The room is not nice, but it is ok. since it is a budget hotel.

Nice and easy, good value stay for one night in Antwerp. Staff were really friendly and helpful. No hairdryers in the room but were available from reception, along with a deposit. Better to go somewhere local for breakfast!

The hotel is very close to the train station. It is very basi but the price was right. It was clean. They do not follow their "Eco-friendly" policy in regards to towel usage and replacement. I left my towel hanging but they replaced it anyway. On the second day I hung the do not disturb sign on the door. I returned to find 3 more towels left outside my day. By the time I checked out I had 5 unused towels and one towel I had used twice. All for 1 person!

The room was extremely hot without air conditioner. The only way to cool the room was with a fan that one has to ask the front desk. Also, there were numerous mosquitoes in the room which we had to hunt for because we are allergic to mosquito bites. The good is the location near Centraal Station.

It has easy access to the city center and the trains. People were very loud throughout the night all 4 nights, so sleeping was difficult. One night people were literally sitting on the floor outside our room at 3 am talking so that was not so great. There should be established quiet hours that are enforced.

The location is excellent since it's a few steps away from the train station. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was accomodating; they gave us extra pillows as well as a hair dryer. The food selection was very good and the breakfast was reasonably priced. There was also gluten free bread available. There were also accomodating in the sense that my cellular phone wasn't working at the time and they made some phone calls for me as well as scheduled wake up calls in the room. They initially gave us a room that was occupied. Across the reception desk, there is a computed that is out of order and likely not be repaired so why is it there? This is unpleasing for people like us who travel offline.

This was our first "budget" experience. The room was fine, but there was nowhere to keep clothing. No drawers, no closet and only 4 hangers. As far as somewhere too sit, a plastic stool doesn't cut it. Staff were excellent, location is perfect for accessing rail service and all that the historic section has to offer. The breakfast was filling and nutritious, but not very imaginative. A great spot for budget minded travellers, not so for those expecting a few comforts.

It was cheap and cheerful, although I wish I had spent a few more pounds per night and stayed at the one slightly closer to the historic centre. It wasn't a very long walk (20-30 minutes), but a bit too far to pop back during the day for a rest or a snack. I never did find the entrance to Diamant tram stop... The room was a little damp and smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke, which was a shame. I think the extractor fan was broken for the shower, but I failed to mention it until the end of my stay, so that's kind of my problem really! The smokiness made a bit of a bad first impression, and the smell never really abated. Also, I booked the hotel via Expedia whose booking site said breakfast was included. In fact it was not included. I should have known better than to book with Expedia, because this always happens. But comfortable bed, good shower, decent wifi, close to transport, not far from the sights, good price, and surprisingly quiet.
