"The staff at the property were lovely and helpful. We had a very nice stay. The 5-7pm drinks and snacks was a nice addition. All that you need, shopping, food and Antwerp history at your door step. Special mention to the young blonde lady that checked us in. So sweet and helpful."
"Our second stay at this hotel located opposite Antwerp Central Station. The room was spacious and spotless and the public areas inviting. On our last night a “open access “ party at an adjacent property caused considerable noise pollution in our room, the house manager responded quickly and offered us an alternative room on the opposite side of the premises and on a higher floor which we were happy to accept. We would be happy to stay here again for a third visit."
"Great staff at check-in and for breakfast. Can't understand why they charge for parking yet have free parking lots all around the hotel on the streets. Hotel should be offering free parking.

"We loved this hotel. It was right across the street from the train station, the most beautiful train station in the world and it truly is. We arrived from Paris and just zipped across the street and checked right in. It also included breakfast which was excellent, lots of variety and very tasty. The rooms were clean, modern and very nice."
