"Many issues: 1 staff member, no restaurant available, no wifi in room, pool deck and terrace deck were unsafe with twisted rotten boards with screws and nails popping out everywhere, no security, no spa, sauna and hottub extra $$ to use, no in room tv, boards on balcony were rotten and unsafe, unheated pool, and hot water was limited at best...took 10 minutes to heat up to luke warm."
