"Got in around 6pm and had a warm welcome from Kevin, the owner. Very pleasant setting and very quiet. We stayed in a family cabin with bunk bed for kids. Their room got very toasty overnight with the heat set around 70F because we had their door closed. The whole place was so clean and well-stocked with kitchen dishes and utensils, even some coffee in case you forget to bring your own. "The owners here are very kind and helpful, the place itself is very charming. Temperature wise it gets pretty uncomfortable and muggy. I did find trash (an empty water bottle) under the bed from a previous stay - just feels like something you’d notice if housekeeping actually looked under there when cleaning between stays. Also very obvious black moldy substance inside the mini-fridge in room 6 that’s clearly been there a while."

"We had a wonderful time in Alamosa. Our room was very nice. Just a few things: consider an extra hanger for towels in the bathroom if a room is listed for more that 3 persons. The sofa bed was a little rough - you can feel the mattress wire even with a gentle touch. Thanks for having us, we will choose you again!"
