"Our door did not lock so we had to change rooms after settling in. The ice machine did not work and we needed it. I have to check the website but I am pretty sure it was supposed to provide breakfast and there was none. Smell is weed in the building. "

"These suites were exceptional! Traveled with another couple and stayed two nights October 1 and 2nd 2025. Beautiful clean facility. Friendly staff. TANGER outlet stores directly across the street if you’d like to shop. Overall excellent experience!"

"Anthony at the lobby bar was super nice. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Sadly it was Saturday night and there was a big football game on with 8 of us at the bar and he had to close at 10. Maybe staying open a bit later if there are guests enjoying their night might be better. Thank you "
