The staff are genuinely amazing! From Isabelle in reception, gardeners, cleaners and waiters, nothing is too much trouble. So friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated to walk into the town with restaurants and shops nearby. It was lovely having our own courtyard and open fire. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole property has been reformed with taste and style. Thoroughly recommended.

A beautifully maintained traditional hotel. The room was spacious, it was very peaceful and had a lovely fragrance from all the lovely fresh flowers. The location was excellent. They lit candles in the courtyard in the evening which was delightful. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Professional and very helpful.

Absolutely amazing. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were great, the room was huge, the included breakfast was fantastic. This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. I'll be coming back to Antigua not just to see the city - which is itself spectacular, but also to stay at Las Cruces, which is a pretty strange thing to be saying about a hotel on the other side of the world. I never write reviews but this absolutely deserves an exception.

Beautiful property; friendly, helpful staff. A very comfortable stay.

View of volcanoes incredible. Great service, good breakfast and super clean. Well located in great City. Very helpful in arranging airport transfer.

Staff

Beautiful courtyard, safe atmosphere, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Fantastic hotel. So nice room in colonial style with lovely common areas, including court yard and private roof areas where you could find your own space to relax. Highly recommended. Great price. 10 mins walk from all areas of interest.

Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, the facilities are stunning, location is excellent, the room was a bit dark with limited view which was disappointing, and we had free access from room direct to spa but you could not lock this door so was of limited use . Breakfast buffet was superb

Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, great location in the city. 100% recommend

Beautiful hotel with great views on the terrace. The rooms are perfect, wish we could've stayed longer! Would recommend hotel restaurant too

Beautiful hotel and room with great service! Also in a great location

This is a wonderful, historic hotel located one block from the Plaza. Large room with antique furniture. Great restaurant with folk dancing on certain nights. Courtyards and flowers were wonderful. It was everything we expected and more

A great hotel that exceeded our expectations. We booked a mezzanine room, which was very spacious and definitely worth the small amount extra. The communal areas in the hotel are great to spend time relaxing, and the adjoining restaurant was perfect for breakfast (if we’d had more time, would have tried for lunch / dinner). An excellent stay overall and I would recommend without hesitation!

An amazing place to stay - two stories with bedroom and bathroom upstairs kitchen sitting and dining room downstairs and little outside courtyard. Huge. Staff lovely.
