Nice view from the terrace. Room was clean. Our sink was broken when we arrived but they had someone come and fix it right away :) simple check in and decent location! Very walkable
We stayed at casa Quetzalli for 4 nights, 3 of the days there was no drinking water, 2 of the days we had no toilet paper. We tried to contact them because there is no staff working but never managed to get through to anyone. The phone number they give you doesn’t work, the phone number on google is wrong. I do not recommend this place. If you are staying in Antigua I do however highly recommend the purpose hostel. They have a beautiful facility and amazing staff.
My host was great , she arranged a car to pick me up and take me to the airport , it’s clean an comfortable and had a great view of the volcano from my room
I think all Expedia listings should always include the fact that they are limited as far as handicapped accessibility. With that said, Its a lovely hotel,
It had everything i needed. The best part is it's away from the middle of the city so you don't hear all the cars and motorcycle in the morning. Everything else is a little walk away. I thoroughly enjoyed the little store with snacks and drinks they have on the first floor. Super convenient.

Disliked: Amenities
Cute garden in the courtyard, quite far from the main center and had to get a tuk tuk back at night time as did not few safe in this area, not much around it, kind of an industrial area. Price is high for the location.
They were very kind and even though we were early they let us in. They did not have to do that but we sure appreciate it because our bags were heavy. The only annoying thing was some loud partiers from France but any traveller knows that that’s something you encounter pretty much everywhere. Lol

25 minute walk from city center, no restaurants or anything nearby so it’s nearly an hour round trip to walk for dinner. No street lights so I wouldn’t go out alone at night. No hot water for 2 days. Clean. Quiet. Dark room. Very nice staff.

the bathroom was too small and the water in the shower didnt flush properly. they wasnt anybody there to recieve the guest when arrival.
Little to no hot water. Staff are super helpful and responsive to messages. Inside of the hotel is cute and a decent stay for a couple of nights. Located very close to the center of Antigua.
