"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "They failed to mention that this property is based inside of a nursing home. There was no housekeeping, and it was very difficult to get fresh towels and toilet paper. If you can ask the fact that it's located in a literal nursing home then it is a nice place to stay because it's clean and it was spacious and it worked for going in and out however, if you care about your experience where you're staying, I would definitely look into something else."

"This was the opening week at the Nemea after refurbishment. On arrival we were kept waiting for 1 hour because our room was not ready. When we eventually went up to the room there was a workman in there with tools. He said 'tomorrow' and left. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Air conditioning was a bonus.
