"The hotel was ok - decently clean, room was decorated nice and overall felt clean in the common areas - however there was a bad smell coming from the heater in our room and it made the whole room smell bad. The staff wasn't very friendly or approachable at all. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, the hot items needed maintained instead of just sitting out all morning and the pool water felt stagnant. I wouldn't book again."

"We had an accessible room, and the shower bottom was absolutely filthy, with several hairs from what looked like different people. It was so dirty, in fact, that my partner didn’t want to step in it and didn’t. I did try to use the “shower.” There was no shower head at all, only a tiny hose attachment with woefully Inadequate water pressure. I would have been better off in the sink. People with disabilities need a proper shower, and if anything, require reliable water pressure and the ability to bathe themselves more than the average person. It was entirely unacceptable and I stay in hotels almost every night for my job. Additionally, the woman at the front desk was rude. This hotel needs to do better."

"First room we got, the AC was not working. Was given another room one floor higher but the floor smelled of smoke. Breakfast was decent but was a counter order and only for take-out. No sit-down options at the hotel for breakfast. Pool was decent but a bit cold. People on balcony can see you swim."
