"The staff was wonderful. Our tv did not work so we were immediately changed to another room. Manager even helped with the luggage rack and even put our luggage in the car. Best of the best. Food was not the quality I expected. The toasted did not toast. The sausages looked like dried fingers; no choice on yogurt; no choice on muffins. Just very basic and I expected better."
