For an all inclusive you'll expect them to have at least toiletries in the room, but they don't. Lady at the reception assumed I'm Russian and gave me the property rules in Russian (I did not speak Russian nor do I have a Russian passport ). The rooms weren't cleaned very well, and the staff at the breakfast was rude.

Disgusting Dirty Mouldy Rusty Apartments 😡

Would not recommend to anyone who is going on holiday to relax or rest. If you want to sleep on springs coming out of the bed then this place is for you. Each night I used to hate coming back to demak as I knew I had to sleep on springs. There’s no smoke alarms in the rooms. Very dirty place. Mouldy bathrooms. Rusty taps. Hairy bedsheets. No hot water in taps. We had to have cold showers in winter months. Even the kids. Dust everywhere. Smell starts as soon as you enter the lobby. Best thing was the view. Balcony tiny. Only 1 chair in a duplex apartment. Broken clothes rack so as soon as you’ve washed ur clothes and want to put outside to dry you have to use a broom stick to make the rack stable otherwise all washing on the floor. Dirty kettle had to buy our own. Dirty dishes full of spinach in the dishwasher. No sponge to wash dishes. I mean I’ve been to apartments that provide you with atleast 1 sponge and washing up liquid and toilet rolls. But this apartment was a disgrace. It was disgusting. I literally just wasted my money by looking at the photos that are on the website the place is nothing like that. I would’ve been happier sleeping in the car. They even charge 50 liras deposit for a card for ur apartment that’s supposed to be refunded when booking out. But the guy at reception didn’t even refund us back. It was a very upsetting 5 day break. Even my children were upset. Would definitely not recommend. Not even 1 star.

Aslında güzel bir Apart hotel, ama iyi yöneltilmediğinin düşünüyorum. Bir iki işini anlayan personel çalıştırarak çözülecek işler sayesinde güzelim apartın hakkı verilmemiş. Kırıklar bir usta personel tarafından giderilebilir, temizlikten anlayan fazladan bir çalışanla hotel pırıl pırıl olabilir, misafir çıkınca temizlik sonrası yönetici odaları, banyoyu mutfakı bir kontrol etse, işler düzgün yapılmışmı ve eksikler doldurulmuşmu, temizlik yapılmışmı ve krık dökükler yapılmışmı diye, bu Apart çok iyi duruma gelir! Resepsiyon daki çalışanlar ellerinden geldiği kadar güler yüzlü şekilde, yardımcı oluyorlardı. Kendilerine teşekkürler. Ancak kırıkları eksikleri söylemekten insan yoruluyor. Havuz var ama daima kullanım dışı. Tuvalet kağıdı v.s. eksik, mutfakta temizklik malzemesi sıvı sabun, havlu, rulo kağıt havlu makina tableti v.b. yok. Banyoda elbise askısı yeri yok. Ütü kırık, saç kurutma makinesi ve elbise asma aparatını, Yorgan ve yüzü, çarşaf iki tane eksikti istek üzerine verdiler, çarşaf yine yok. Dört kişilik apart dairede yer yer iki kişilik malzeme vardı. Kendimiz öngörüp bazı malzemeleri satın aldık veya evden getirmiştik, idare ettik. Sabah apartan çıkıp akşam uyumaya gelirseniz, durum iyiydi. Televizyon, kullanışlı Wifi, doğa ve dağ manzaralı balkonu, saygılı güler yüzlü resepsiyon çalışanları, marketlere yakın, araba park imkanı Demak Suit Homes apart hotelin artılarıdır! Ailenizle gelebileceğiniz bir apart, gezilecek yerlere arabanız varsa yakın.

Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt. Natürlich hat es einige Defizite. Darüber kann man aber wegschauen. Für die Benützung von Sarisu Ladysbeach ist es optimal. Die Ausstattung ist funktional. Klima funktioniert. Internet ist ok. Gerne wieder.

Hele vieze kamers, vieze handdoeken dekbedden! Er lag nog brood in de keukenka van de vorige reizigers. We konden niet slapen van de stank! Het is met een woord vies vies vies! Het zwembad is ook enorm vervuild!

Otel sarısu da, otel apart. Kendinize ait bir dairede konakladığınızı düşünün. Marketlere çok yakın. Hemen arka sokağından antalyanın heryerine ulaşım sağlayabileceğiniz toplu taşıma araçları geçiyor. Sarısu kadınlar plajına en yakın konaklama tesislerinden biri diyebilirim. Fakat apart odalarda eşya eksikleri var ama talep ettiğinizde resepsiyon yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Temizlik biraz daha iyi olabilir. Seneye tekrar düşünebileceğimiz bir tesis. Bide bu işler fiyat performans işi az para ödeyim mükemmel hizmet alayım olmuyor ne yazık. Parana göre hizmet alıyorsun. Bu tesiste aldığı paraya göre yeterince hizmet veriyor diyebiliriz

Öncelikle oda çok güzeldi ama eşyalar hasarlıydı mesela koltuklar yanıktı, mutfak eşyalarının temizliğinden emin olamayıp yemek yapmadık maalesef. Otel gitmek istediğimiz yerlere 15 dakika mesafede diye tuttuk ama taksiye tek gidişte 200 tl verdiğimiz için çokta merkezi bir yerde olmadığını anladık. Em büyük sorunu havuz oldu. Havuzlu diyerek tuttuğumuz otel sezon açılmasına rağmen havuzu temizletmemiş söylediğiniz de de ilacı aldık ama daha gelip ilaçlamadılar oldu? Havuz pisti. İçerde kaplı havuz vardı onu kullanalım dedik onu da taşeron olarak bir Rus’a kiralamışlar. Sadece çocuklara eğitim verilip kapatılıyormuş orası da. Anlayacağız biz çok da memnun kalmadık. Evet görevliler güler yüzlü ama otel istediklerinizi verir mi bilmem. Sessiz sakin bir yerde

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen helfen sie weiter. Was uns etwas gestört hat, war der Geruch nach Katze im ganzen Haus. Die Katzen haben überall die Gelegenheit im Haus herum zu laufen. Aber das hängt mit der Verehrung der Tiere in der Türkei zusammen. Ansonsten war das Appartment mit den 2 Balkonen sehr schön.Leider hatten ehemalige Gäste auf der Couch mehrere Brandflecken hinterlassen. Nachts ist es ruhig, bis auf viel Hundegebell.
