Could've been better!

Toilet doors wouldn't lock, cold water in the shower for one of the rooms, no sandals, no free water bottle, despite being told otherwise. Very small lift only 3 person could fit.

1. Majoitusliikkeellä ei ollut ennakkotietoa huonevarauksestani, liekkö tämä johtunut nopeasta varauksesta, mutta kyllä tieto pitäisi välittyä kohdehotelliinkin, jos maksu veloitetaan kortilta. Näin vältyttäisiin ylimääräisiltä selvittelyiltä ja selittelyiltä hotelliin saavuttaessa. 2. Wi-Fi ei oikeasti toiminut koko loman aikana hotellissa millään tavalla. Enkä nyt puhu mistään lyhyistä katkoksista, hitaudesta tai toimintaongelmista, vaan IP-osoitetta ei pystytty määrittämään millään laitteella, joka yleensä tarkoittaa, että hotelilla ei ole toimivaa modeemia tai nettilaskut ovat maksamatta. Receptionissa ei osattu sanoa milloin WiFI toimisi. Mielestäni tällöin ei voi hotellia mainostaa Wi-fi verkollisena hotellina.

Bin billa hotel does not have the basic ?! As a hotel ?! No telephone in the rooms ( emergency issues not concern) No WiFi ( the one in the lobby is decor ?! 2019new019 ) some people could get the secret one ?! ) only at the lobby The food variety is limited The bathroom is half disfountion the hangers are broken or not existed the water flow is too slow No International TV channel The out door pool was super cold ( can’t swim ) And the worst part nobody can speak English???!!!! Only one receptionist in the morning?! I was going to cancel the hotel when we arrived ! But it was too much hassle , location of the hotel was not clear Antalya/ Alanya ???!!! 2 hours drive ,,,,from the Airport ?! I just found out at the airport ! I bought all inclusive package but my transportation was not arranged ?! I paid 120 € from my pocket ?! I have the reciep and pictures from the hotel in case Please don’t list this hotel as < ALL INCLUSIVE > and clear location ALANYA Not ANTALYA ???!!!!!

Kaum hat man Fertig gegessen wurde einem schon den Teller weggenommen. Niemand der Angestellten konnte nicht ein Wort englisch. Und um zu Arbeiten hatten Sie auch keinen Bock. Keine Kühlschrank im Zimmer..........
