The facility is basic and a little rinky-dinky. We didn't find the staff very helpfulike others have commented. We actually booked the property hoping we will get some info or pointers but the staff had little to say. For the price the facility was adequate.

Cosy and clean accomodation Was in a great spot with easy access to all of old town. The rooms and small but have everything you need for a short stay. Beds were comfy and AC worked great.

This hotel has wonderful customer service! It is a family run business so it felt like I was joining the family when staying at this hotel. They are able to give lots of reccomendations for things to do, and it is an excellent location, right in fronf of the luna garden, so u are very close to the shopping areas, as well as the old town area. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the coffee area outside and that was definitely a plus. Only thing is I wish they had a tea kettle in the room, but everything else made up for it. Also there is no elevator, but I believe all hotels in Kaleici are like this to preserve the area. Hotel staff is very helpful with bags, so there was no issues. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

I have never been to a hotel in such bad condition. The hotel stinks. It smells like cigarettes and fish when you first walk in. The rooms are in a bad shape. I had no toilet paper or soap in the washroom, the lamp was missing a bulb. The bed smelled like cigarettes. I complained right away and instead of solving the problem , they offered me to cancel my reservation and find another hotel after a14 hour flight. They upgraded the room the next day but over all it was a bad experience.

You should have continued your reviews as "no hot water, no air condition/heater, no wifi, no bathroom in room , no bed in room , nothing here."ALL Rooms are cleaned with details after every check out. It is IMPOSSIBLE that there is a bed smelled like cigarettes. And also daily cleaning we have for the rooms with the permission of the guests during their staying.Honestly, cleaning products come to us more expensive than your daily staying payment Dear Muhamad. I mean we are so sensitive about cleaning. especially these days after covid general problem of all over the world. By the way There is no fish restaurant around our hotel. If oldcity smells like cigarettes we cannot touch the air which comes from outside. Hotel door is open till 23:59 pm For interesting lamp problem;Normally there are 3 lamp in your room, 1 lamp in bathroom and 1 lamp in your balcony. Totally you should have had 5 lamp. But unfortunately just one of them missed.and STILL IN YOUR ROOM THERE WERE 2 LAMP, and also one in bathroom and one in balcony. And I am really sure %100 that we have solved it in the morning in second day of your staying and you had finally 5 lamp in your room. sorry for the first night that you had only 4 lamp.It was our bad. we are really so sorry.In winter time, in summer (high) season everytimeEVERY ROOM HASToilet paper closed new(one time use) Shower jel closed packed new (for one time use)Shampoo closed packed new(for one time use)Slipper closed packed new(for one time use)(these are small things that even missed from housekeeping, you could ask to reception every 24 hours) Really sorry for your bad experience Dear Mohamad and big thanks for expedia review team department for us to write this reply.

Very good place!
This hotel is a gem! Location is absolutely great, close to everything in Antalya. Is a family run business. The son (tall guy) was very very helpful. The kitchen stuff during the breakfast were amazing and helpful. The only down side I would say is due to the location, sometime it gets abit loud outside.

Central but small bathroom
Was central location in the middle of Kaleici, walking distance to all cafes, restaurants and marina. Breakfast and coffee was great. Only my room had a very small bathroom had no separation for showering, and toilet did smell a bit so it is ok for couple of days but not long stay.

This was a hidden gem! Perfect location and friendly service! There’s a cute little balcony and everything is walking distance from this hotel, I highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

Caring family run hotel with great service!
We had a comfortable stay here for 4 nights. This is a small, family run hotel with genuinely caring service. They were SO helpful and accommodating to us the entire stay, from directions, helping us order take out food, honest info about surrounding areas, etc. Also they repeatedly offered room upgrades as they became available, though we were comfortable in our room. The location is exceptional..located in a quiet area of Kaleici, but steps from one of the gates and a handy main street with all the essentials. The room was fine, simply furnished, a little small, but adequate for our stay. Bed was comfy and I slept very well. The heating/ac worked fine. They offered to clean it daily for us if we wanted. Our bathroom could have used an update though, however we had great hot water the entire time. Overall we had a nice stay here and felt Very welcome and well looked after by the kind and genuine family who runs this place. Thank you for all the help you gave us!

One night stay before getting the plane home. Manager and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of anti bacterial wipes and rub around the hotel. Frequent cleaning and disinfecting obvious.Room was clean, comfy, airy though a little "tired" looking. but after this year I think that can be excused. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Comfortable stay, excellent location
The hotel is very well located within the Old Town. Walking distance to bars, restaurants & shops as well as bus & tram for ease of getting around. Very helpful hosts. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms, we had the choice of a large room with large bathroom or smaller room with very small bathroom but a balcony overlooking the street - we chose the room with the balcony & the size of the bathroom did not bother us. Overall enjoyed our stay.

It was in the heart of the old city - restaurants and shops 3-4 minute walk away. Very quiet street. The breakfast and coffee was fantastic! And the staff was very friendly and kind.

Simple no frills hotel in the heart of old town Antalya. Family run business that primes for a warm treatment of their guests. Small bathroom and room with no refrigerator, but again you the hotel is affordable and well located.

Location was perfect. A great start to the day was provided by a traditional lovely Turkish Breakfast. Family run hotel by Eray and his parents who were very hospitable.
