"We very much wanted to enjoy our stay. Clean, lovely front staff. But super disappointing on the 2nd day - front end loader 7am loud and tons of dust. You know this was my husband's birthday so i felt i had purchased with a significant amount of money to be /??? Was super disappointed b/c i wanted to have a peaceful wonderful time. Big black semi idling all night b/c of a new cabin coming in. But you know, i would have appreciated having some respect. The staff in front were wonderful. So i guess i was just super disappointed that my husband's birthday was ruined.
The cabin was great but no fan. Very clean. I do not like complaining. But really, paid over 500 dollars for what i thought would be really great to be in nature peacefully. In the am the front desk asked if we wanted another dip. But 2 workmen were busy using leaf blowers to get rid of all the dust."

"There was mould in multiple places on the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom did not have a fan, only an old window that was difficult to reach high up. There were no electrical outlets in the bedroom area. Only an old power bar screwed to the wall. The two USB ports in the power bar did not work. Someone had started to patch drywall and tape in places but it hadn’t been sanded/painted. There was no way to control the heat, the curtains didn’t shut all the way, but most of all the walls were paper thin. Between the people next to us watching a movie and the family upstairs stomping around, sleep was scarce. I understand that it’s not a 5 star place but I feel a rate of $60 would’ve been more suitable. I will say the location was good and we were far enough from the main road to avoid traffic noise. "
