"Excellent service from the friendly owner. Convenient parking. Cozy room with comfortable beds. The villa is fantastically located in the hills and you'll get stunning views of the Catania area. A few minutes drive from the town of Nicolos where we found great food and good vibes. Overall, very good value for money. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Aresco to anyone visiting Etna area."

"Location fantastica così come il paese in cui si trova a due passi dall’Etna. Hotel bello e confortevole arredato con gusto e semplicità, camere spaziose con letto comodissimo e bagno grande e ben accessoriato. Colazione varia e abbondante servita nei giorni di sole sulla terrazza. Ottimi i ristoranti e le pizzerie nelle vicinanze. Inoltre merita una menzione lo staff attento e cordiale. Ritorneremo sicuramente."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a breakfast consisting of Sicilian baked goods, coffee and brought in from a local bakery. We also had a small private terrace. Parking was secure and easy. We participated in an ecotour to see Mt. Etna. The tour picked us up at the hotel, which was very convenient."

"We stayed a couple of days and had great recommendations from the staff on where to eat and what to do. Lovely, big garden and a nice swimming pool. A lot of things to do and explore for our 3 year old son. "

"Excellent B&B, very clean and very new with also a swimming pool. Large free parking available, excellent breakfast (quality products), excellent service and courtesy. 10min from the center of Catania and 10min for excursions to Etna. Nearby there are two shopping centers and several restaurants. The only negative point is that you need a car to reach it. "

We enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying two days rather than one. Frederica greeted us as we arrived and continued to provide friendly and hospitable service to us during our stay. "We stayed here the night before our trip up Mt Etna. It was an ideal location for an early start, 20-25mins from the cable car station. We arrived early the day before but were allowed to check into our room and had the entire place to ourselves so spent the afternoon sat by the pool. This B & B is absolutely immaculate, the gardens and pool are beautiful. Our room was very large with a good bathroom and outside terrace. The breakfast was lovely too. A great place to stay if you're exploring Mt Etna! "
