We have had another wonderful stay at Princess Heights Luxury Hotel. We were there for 12 days and we love the location. We had the ocean view to wake up to every morning which was amazing and lovely to sit on the patio to wake up slowly. Very quiet location, attentive staff, good restaurants within driving distance. Dawn Beach is close to walk to but small. We were lucky to see some monkeys while there also. We highly recommend this location, however, you do need a car or use a taxi to get around. The pool was lovely and such a great way to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing.

The hotel itself is in great condition and looks well maintained, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service is on the level of a hostel rather than a proper hotel. The staff give the impression that they’re doing you a favor instead of simply doing their job, which makes interactions frustrating. Room service is practically nonexistent. Our room was cleaned, but no fresh shampoo or shower gel was provided. After calling four times with no result, I had to go and pick it up myself. I also asked to speak with a manager and am still waiting for a callback — which honestly says everything about how things are handled here. Overall, the service is brutally bad and completely undermines what could have been a good stay.
