"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. "The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from Marrakech for 400MAD which was so helpful. We were greeted by such friendly staff and had a tea in the earing area with an incredible mountain view. Our room was basic but lovely, had everything we needed and plenty of blankets. We had an amazing dinner at the riad in the eating area with a lovely fire. The breakfast was great as well. One of our party is a coeliac and the riad were super accommodating. They also had a filter tap to refill bottles....

"The property needs an update. Menu is limited and some windows never close, so bugs enter the bedrooms freely. People are very helpful but English is limited. I wouldn’t stay here again"

"The tent was lovely, the pool area was thankfully not busy, so very peaceful and the BBQ was great (1 between 2 is plenty, very generous portion). I had major issues contacting the property through Expedia and that caused stress. I suggest they work that out. The evening show and food were poor."
