"Room was pleasantly and suprisingly more modern than expected. Spacious room, comfortable and big king size bed. Bathroom was also sufficiently spacious. Amentities were great with plenty of power points, storage space and really happy with the microwave and crockery. Generally quite clean. Staff were friendly as well. Location is a few mins drive to town centre. Suggested areas of improvement: could do with an extra bin (one in bathrom and one in main room), more hooks or rails in bathroom, slippers (do hotels still supply those?), and the toilet seat was slighly wet upon arrival (assume from recent clean). Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay and would stay again."
"Rooms were magnificent, spa was the best we have had. The bed was perfect. Breakfast was simple but all we needed and the gardens and view amazing. Only thing I would say is the massage procing was inflated and when i asked if the peoce was for both i was told yes, but it was only for one. $150 for 90mins is high, but this was $230 for 90 mons and more for deep tissie which was hidden in the fine print. The massages were good, my wife had to wait 5 to 10 mins before hers started becauee there was no admin for the day. While we enjoyed the massage, those things just bring it down a little. Best place tho"
"Cottage was beautifully decorated & well appointed. Very private & peaceful location. The weather was wet & chilly during our stay so the log burner was much appreciated! "
"Uniquely styled with an enviro theme, in keeping with the property's use of solar power and rainwater. Comfy bed and furnishings. Lovely hearing the frogs in the large pond. Great breakfast. "
"Excellent location. Kate in reception was so helpful and genuine. We loved Albany and the Hilton was a big part of that. We spent our anniversary there and it was truly special. "
