"Hotels.com did not send me any information after I made the reservation regarding entering the property. However, I called the local number when I arrived, and I spoke with an owner, who helped me right away. A second owner came to help with the TV a bit later. They were super nice, and it was a most pleasant stay. I will definitely stay there again when in the area. It is a beautiful old building!"
