The ability to leave our luggage after checkout was much appreciated. Finally, the free washer and dryer was a unexpected surprise. "We enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean. The lake view from our balcony was great. Our rate included the breakfast buffet. A good variety of hot & cold items. We particularly liked the fresh fruit, breads, Kaiserschmarrn, yogurt, espresso, and teas. Easy walk from hotel to local sites, boat rides/ferry, restaurants, and shopping. "
